Wicomico 4-H Archery Instructional and Competitive Sessions for YouthJoin the Wicomico County 4-H Program and our State Trained Instructors as they teach the fundamentals and advanced skills in Archery. The Shooting Sports Program offers educational opportunities for participants to become stewards for shooting sports programs and safety advocates while striving to expand their interests, skills, competencies, self-concept, character and personal growth through safe, educational and socially acceptable involvement in shooting activityYouth are not requited to have prior experience to participate.

Competitive SessionThis session is for youth wanting to advance their skills working towards competing at the 4-H State Competition held on September 28, in Carroll County. No Experience necessary but, this session requires shooters to have a commitment toward attendance, practice, and competency demonstrated in order to be eligible for competition by the : May 5, 19, June 2, 16, 30, July 14, 28, August 4, 11, 18, 25, September 1, 8, 15, 22, Sept 28 State Competition Sundays at 4:30-5:30pmCost: $45Register by April 15Equipment:  Equipment will be provided during sessions at no cost. For competitive shooting it is recommended that each member have their own bow, arrows, quiver, arm guards, and finger tabs.  If you are bringing your own equipment it will be inspected by instructors prior to use.
