How to become a Self-Aware Transformational Leader- Highly self-aware leaders are seen as more effective than those who have lower self-awareness. Transformational inclusive leaders inspire those around them to excel in challenging times; create a focused, motivated, diverse team; and adapt their personal style to make maximum impact. There's a lot of responsibility on each leader's shoulders. They're expected to generate sustained, excellent results, all while building a credible vision, infusing that throughout their teams, getting everyone on the same page, nurturing talent, unifying remote teams, communicating in a way that works for everyone. Learn how you can become more self-aware and transformational leader by leveraging leverage core inclusive leadership behaviors of Empowerment, Accountability, Courage, and Humility (EACH) in any setting.
Ninth in the series of monthly Inclusive Innovation Workshops that tackle the latest issues companies are facing today.  Each session will cover 30 minutes learning, 30 minutes hands-on activities to jumpstart your organizations' tactical action plans to integrate into your company’s success and 30 minutes discussion with your peers around challenges and opportunities in deploying these tactics.  Of course, in Bend style it’s not all work, we will also provide 30 minutes of networking drinks and snacks.
