Join other people just like you to move and have fun while building strength and stamina along the way. Feed Your Soul Fitness will lead a 45-minute community functional fitness workout suitable for all fitness levels (we mean it). We’ll build muscle and elevate our heart rates through bodyweight exercises with a timer, so you can work at a pace that serves you best. We will end with stretching so you have had the full balancing effect! Meal deal included afterwards!
Feed Your Soul Fitness is a fitness studio in west Denver specializing in small group training, personal training, nutrition and wellness coaching. This community caters to beginner and intermediate fitness levels. Experienced trainers ensure those with injuries or limitations stay safe. Free mindset, nutrition, and other wellness workshops are offered every month. We would love to have you!
