Basics of Leadership:
An overview of the main leadership styles
There is not a one-size-fits-all leadership style for every business – all companies operate differently. However, having a thorough understanding of various leadership styles enables supervisors to adopt the correct characteristics for themselves and their teams. This session provides a brief overview of the top leadership styles and offers some insight into when it might be best to use each.
