“Nevertheless She Persisted" is a groundbreaking exploration of judicial abuse, gender inequality, racial bias, ableism discrimination, and the disenfranchisement of vulnerable Americans people with disabilities. Nevertheless, She Persisted relives the extraordinary ordeal people with disabilities **** trying to protect their rights in the Civil Federal Courts. The book goes into detail how a disabled African-American woman tried to protect her severely disabled sister’s rights but faced systematic discrimination from Federal judges, whose job is to enforce the Constitution but they rather obstruct justice by preying on the poorest members of society, those who are unable to defend themselves against systematic system of discrimination. Disabled self-represented litigants are powerless against a system of abuse, the humiliation, degradation, suffering that leads to death. When Federal Judges block our access to court and force minority to settle for a "water down" version of "justice" after four years of being denied access; causing," evidence/case being destroyed, by the deterioration of time. - That is the very definition of racism, sexism, ableism, and classism. The Federal Court has a history of disproportionately denying the rights of poor people, people with disabilities, people of color, and other vulnerable Americans.
