About the Panel:
Monica Taylor, The CE Group
Monica is the Integrated Communications Director for The CE Group. She spearheads the integrated communications department where she uses her knowledge, credibility, and passion for storytelling to create multi-faceted communication campaigns that inspire, solve problems, and create a lasting impact. With more than 20 years of experience seeing all sides of the communications world including public relations, media, and brand strategy, Monica previously served as the director of executive brand and outreach for CPS Energy, a morning show anchor on FOX 29, and director of corporate communications for Spurs Sports & Entertainment.
Her mission in life is to uplift others, generate authentic connections, and engage communities with enthusiasm. She actively serves on the board of local nonprofits and lends her communications expertise to many organizations and businesses as an emcee and media spokesperson.
Monica is a San Antonio native who graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio where she received a bachelor of arts in communication with a concentration in public relations. She is also a graduate of Leadership San Antonio. In 2018, Monica received the honor of being named one of Texas’ Top 50 Women to Watch by Society Diaries and Eleanora Magazine.    

Susan Filyk, Director of Marketing at Raba Kistner, Inc.
Susan leads the marketing team at Raba Kistner and is responsible for the firms branding, public relations, and corporate communications. Joining Raba Kistner in 2018, Susan brings more than 25 years of experience in communications and marketing in the corporate and non-profit sectors, focusing on branding strategies, creative management, product development, content creation, and investor relations. 
Susan is a persuasive and passionate communicator who brings a purpose-driven approach to marketing and management. She loves the challenge of leading innovative communication and marketing strategies that define a brand, build trust with communities, drive new business opportunities and help an organization more effectively fulfill its mission. 
Susan holds a Bachelor's in Journalism from UT Austin and an MBA from UTSA. 

Gina Galaviz Eisenberg, The Eisenberg Group
Under her leadership she has grown public relations departments by capturing national and regional public relations and social media accounts. Before executing public relations strategies, Gina spent years in front of the television camera as a key television news reporter in the San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth and Laredo media markets. As a highly recognized journalist, Gina has received numerous awards from the Texas Associated Press for Outstanding News Coverage, the La Prensa Community Award and twice earned the Media Award from the San Antonio Police Officers Association.
Gina received a BA in Journalism with a minor in Political Science from Texas State University.
